At CB Valeting & Detailing LTD, we’re committed to delivering a premium service at your home or workplace. In return, we kindly ask for your cooperation with a few simple guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe experience for both parties.

We require a safe, flat area to park and work, as well as access to a standard power socket. We provide the extension lead. Working conditions must be free from obstruction or hazards to ensure the safety of our staff and equipment.
If you’re unsure whether your location is suitable, please get in touch before booking. We’ll be happy to advise or help arrange an alternative solution if needed.​

All bookings are secured with a deposit, payable by bank transfer. Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit amount may vary depending on your location, the service package selected, or the level of work required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice. This allows us to manage our schedule fairly and efficiently for all clients.​

On rare occasions, such as unforeseen traffic delays, emergencies, or severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to complete the service within 14 days of the original booking, your deposit will be fully refunded.​

Extra charges will apply for vehicles with interiors that are heavily soiled, such as those affected by pet hair, mud, mould, vomit, or blood. Please notify us before booking if this applies to your vehicle, and where possible, send a few images. This helps us provide a fair and accurate estimate and ensures we allow enough time for your booking.​

By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms of service. If any of the above conditions apply and were not disclosed in advance, full booking charges may still be applicable.
